Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Clip2Notion, its browser extension, account center, companion cloud services, and paid plans. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Your use, account creation, or purchase confirms that you have read and accepted both documents.

Clip2Notion lets you initiate webpage clipping and may produce AI summaries, tags, and categories, then synchronize content to a Notion destination that you authorize. The service is delivered over the internet and may depend on third-party model providers or other infrastructure. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free AI output.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and recovery methods secure. Do not share account access or use another person's credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security issues to [email protected].

Paid plans may include monthly Starter, Pro, and Team subscriptions and one-time token packs. The checkout page shows the applicable price, currency, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment details for your purchase. Waffo processes checkout and payment events. Sovelyx does not store full payment-card numbers. We may restrict or suspend paid features when a payment fails or remains unresolved.

Use the service lawfully and make sure you have the rights needed to submit content. Do not use Clip2Notion for infringement, harmful or unlawful content, malware, phishing, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, quota bypass, credential sharing, automated abuse, or interference with the service, its providers, or other users.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Clip2Notion only the limited permission needed to process, format, summarize, categorize, and synchronize that content as you request. Clip2Notion software, service designs, and marks remain protected by their respective rights. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, so review it before relying on or sharing it.

Notion, model providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and linked services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability limits, and security responsibilities. Your use of those services is also subject to the terms that their operators publish.

To the extent permitted by law, Clip2Notion is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, or accurate AI output. The service is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sovelyx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If we believe these Terms may have been breached, we may respond proportionately with notice or a warning, feature restriction, account suspension, or terminate the account. We may act immediately when needed for fraud, illegal conduct, security threats, material abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. After termination, data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
