This policy covers the public Sovelyx website and Clip2Notion, including its browser extension, account center, hosted services, and related support interactions. Shenzhen Anzhi Xinchuang Technology Co., Ltd. operates these services and is the contact point for questions about this policy.

Depending on how you use Clip2Notion, we may receive your email and account identity, a password hash, plan or subscription status, usage and quota records, transaction references, support messages, security and technical logs, and content submitted for a requested clipping, summarization, tagging, categorization, or synchronization operation.

We use information to provide and secure Clip2Notion, authenticate accounts, deliver requested operations, enforce plans and quotas, process plans and billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain and improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

When you open the extension or start a save, Clip2Notion processes page content and metadata only as needed for the operation you request. The service may send that content to the model provider or hosted AI gateway selected for the operation, and sends content to Notion after you authorize a destination. The extension does not continuously monitor browsing activity.

The public site uses the strictly necessary sovelyx-locale cookie for the language you choose. The account center may use localStorage for sign-in state, and the extension may keep credentials or related settings in browser-side storage as part of the current client flow. Hosting and security services may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The public site does not load optional analytics or marketing trackers.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting and database providers, support and email providers, model providers or gateways, Notion, and Waffo when needed to provide the requested service, process a payment, protect the service, or respond to your instructions. We may also disclose information to authorities when required by law. Waffo handles payment-card data for checkout, and Sovelyx does not store full payment-card numbers.

Account, usage, plan, transaction, support, and technical records are stored on server-side hosting and database infrastructure used to operate Clip2Notion, not only in the browser. Processing may occur in the operating regions of those providers and may cross borders. We use HTTPS/TLS, salted password hashing, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards, but no security measure eliminates every risk.

There is no fixed universal number of days for retaining every type of data. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, keep accounting records, or satisfy legal obligations. After account deletion or closure, we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed; backups and security logs may follow their own lifecycle.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account, and you may revoke a Notion authorization through the product or Notion. Requests remain subject to information we must retain for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or other lawful obligations.
