Refund Policy
This policy applies when Sovelyx paid product plans become available.
Before paid launch
Sovelyx is not currently collecting payment for Web Clipper plans. Pricing and checkout terms will be published before paid access begins.
Initial purchase requests
Unless a different mandatory right applies, you may request a refund within 14 days of an initial purchase by emailing [email protected] with the account email and order details.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled using the billing controls made available by the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
Payment provider
Payments, receipts, taxes, and eligible refunds may be processed by an authorized merchant-of-record or payment provider. Its checkout disclosures and legally required consumer protections also apply.
