This Privacy Policy applies to Sovelyx websites, applications, browser extensions, plugins, accounts, APIs, and hosted services that link to this policy, including Clip2Notion, ProposalCue - AI Proposals, and SessionEcho.

Different Sovelyx products may process different types of information depending on their functionality and the features you choose to use. Material product-specific differences are described in this Privacy Policy, in the relevant product, or through an in-app notice where appropriate.

Depending on the product and the features you use, we may process account and identity information such as your email address, Google sign-in identifier, profile details, authentication records, and account preferences.

We may also process content and product activity that you choose to submit, create, save, synchronize, or otherwise provide through a Sovelyx product.

We may process usage, plan, quota, entitlement, subscription, and transaction-reference information necessary to operate free and paid product features.

Technical information may include IP address, device or browser information, application or extension version, timestamps, locale, crash information, request information, and security logs.

We also process information that you choose to provide when contacting customer support or making a privacy-related request.

Clip2Notion may process webpage content and metadata that you ask it to capture, summarize, organize, or send to Notion.

Depending on the operation you request, this may include webpage titles, URLs, selected or extracted webpage content, summaries, categories, tags, and other information required to save or organize the captured content.

Clip2Notion sends content to Notion only after you authorize the Notion connection and request the relevant operation.

ProposalCue - AI Proposals may process information that you submit or create through the service, including customer briefs, customer needs, concerns, service names, selling points, prices, industries, follow-up context, generated proposals, edits, and saved history.

This information is processed in order to provide the proposal-generation, editing, organization, and related features that you request.

SessionEcho processes browser tab and workspace information required to save, organize, search, and restore browser work sessions.

Depending on the feature being used, this information may include page URLs and domains, page titles, favicon URLs, tab position, active state, pinned state, browser-window association, Chrome tab-group names, colors and membership, and user-defined workspace names.

SessionEcho may automatically create recovery snapshots of open browser sessions so that recently used browser windows and tabs can be restored after they are closed.

These automatic recovery snapshots are stored locally on the user's device unless the user explicitly uses SessionEcho's encrypted cloud synchronization feature.

Local session saving, recovery, search, and tab-management functionality does not require saved session data to be uploaded to Sovelyx servers.

We use information to provide, authenticate, operate, maintain, and secure Sovelyx products and services.

This includes providing the product features that you request; generating, saving, organizing, synchronizing, restoring, and displaying content or browser sessions; authenticating accounts; maintaining account settings; enforcing usage limits, plans, quotas, and entitlements; processing subscriptions or purchases through the payment provider presented at checkout; providing customer support; responding to privacy requests; detecting abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems; maintaining and improving service reliability and product functionality; and complying with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell browser history, tab information, captured webpage content, customer briefs, or other user-provided content.

We do not use browsing activity, browser tab information, captured webpage content, or customer-provided content to create advertising profiles, deliver personalized advertising, or retarget users for advertising purposes.

Some Sovelyx products provide optional AI-assisted features.

When you explicitly request an AI-assisted operation, the information required to perform that operation is transmitted over HTTPS to our server and, where necessary, to the AI provider configured for that feature.

We send only the information reasonably required to complete the requested AI operation.

AI provider credentials, API keys, and service credentials used by Sovelyx are maintained on our servers and are not included in the browser extension, application, or other client software.

SessionEcho AI features are optional and are activated only when you explicitly request an AI operation, such as AI-assisted tab grouping or generation of a work summary.

For these operations, SessionEcho may send the tab metadata necessary to generate the requested result. This may include page titles, domains, existing tab-group information, and internal tab identifiers needed to associate AI-generated grouping results with the appropriate tabs.

SessionEcho does not scrape or transmit the body content of webpages for its AI tab-grouping or work-summary features.

User-requested SessionEcho AI operations may be processed by third-party AI service providers, currently including DeepSeek.

We may use hosting, database, authentication, email, customer-support, analytics or security, AI, Notion, infrastructure, and payment service providers where needed to operate the service requested by the user.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their respective services.

We do not provide browser history, captured webpage content, customer briefs, or other personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.

SessionEcho provides optional encrypted cloud synchronization for eligible users.

Cloud synchronization occurs only when the user explicitly enables or initiates the synchronization feature.

Before saved session information is uploaded, SessionEcho encrypts the session data on the user's device.

Encrypted session data may include saved page URLs, titles, tab state, pinned state, browser-window information, Chrome tab-group information, and user-defined workspace names.

The SessionEcho server receives and stores the encrypted synchronization payload together with the limited technical information required to store, version, retrieve, and synchronize that payload.

The synchronization passphrase selected by the user is used locally on the user's device to encrypt and decrypt synchronized session information.

The synchronization passphrase is not uploaded to or stored by SessionEcho.

Because Sovelyx does not receive or store the synchronization passphrase, Sovelyx cannot recover a lost synchronization passphrase or decrypt synchronized session data without it.

Users should keep their synchronization passphrase in a secure location.

When paid features are enabled, payment details are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout, such as Google Play Billing, Waffo, or another authorized payment provider, as applicable.

Payment-card information entered on a third-party payment page is handled by the relevant payment provider. Sovelyx does not store full payment-card numbers.

We may receive and process limited payment and subscription information needed to provide paid functionality, including transaction references, payment status, subscription identifiers, billing environment, subscription status, billing-period information, plan information, and product entitlement information.

This information is used to activate, maintain, cancel, expire, or otherwise administer paid product features and to resolve billing or entitlement issues.

Removing or uninstalling a Sovelyx application or browser extension does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Where applicable, subscriptions should be managed through the billing portal or payment provider associated with the purchase.

We retain information only while it is reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, resolve disputes, maintain accounting or transaction records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Different categories of information may be subject to different retention periods.

Information stored only on your device is generally retained until it is deleted by the relevant product, cleared by you, or removed together with the application's or browser extension's local storage.

SessionEcho local recovery snapshots remain on the user's device until they are replaced or removed by SessionEcho, cleared by the user, or deleted together with SessionEcho's local extension storage.

Uninstalling a browser extension may remove locally stored extension information depending on the browser and browser configuration.

Account and hosted product information may be retained while your account remains active or while the information is required to provide the applicable service.

Encrypted SessionEcho cloud backups may be retained while necessary to provide synchronization functionality, until replaced or deleted through available synchronization or account controls, or until deletion is otherwise requested and permitted under applicable retention requirements.

You may delete your account through available in-app or account controls where such controls are provided.

Where account deletion controls are not available in a particular product, you may request deletion by contacting Sovelyx using the contact information below.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes account information and saved user content from active systems when that information is no longer required for legitimate security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Backups, security logs, billing records, transaction records, fraud-prevention records, and information that must be retained by law may follow separate retention periods.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information processed through Sovelyx products.

These safeguards may include HTTPS/TLS encryption for network communications, access controls, server-side credential protection, salted password hashing where passwords are used, restricted administrative access, and other security measures appropriate to the nature of the service.

For SessionEcho encrypted cloud synchronization, saved browser-session information is encrypted on the user's device before it is uploaded to the synchronization service.

No method of electronic storage, encryption, or network transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and, where applicable, their SessionEcho synchronization passphrase.

You may choose whether to create a Sovelyx account where account creation is optional.

You may choose whether to use optional AI-assisted features.

SessionEcho AI features operate only when you explicitly request an AI operation.

You may use SessionEcho's core local session-saving and recovery functionality without enabling encrypted cloud synchronization.

SessionEcho cloud synchronization operates only when you choose to use the synchronization feature.

You may revoke a Notion authorization through the relevant Sovelyx product or through Notion where applicable.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity-verification requirements.

You may also request information about the personal information associated with your Sovelyx account or how it has been processed.

Sovelyx browser extensions use browser permissions only where they are required to provide the user-facing functionality described for the relevant extension.

SessionEcho uses access to browser tabs, browser windows, tab groups, extension storage, and related browser functionality in order to save, organize, search, and restore browser work sessions.

Information obtained through browser extension permissions is used only to provide, maintain, secure, or improve the disclosed user-facing functionality of the relevant Sovelyx product.

Sovelyx does not use information obtained through browser extension permissions for personalized advertising or advertising profiles and does not sell this information to data brokers or other third parties.

Our use of information received through Chrome extension permissions is intended to comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Information may be processed and stored in the operating regions of Sovelyx and our service providers.

Where necessary to provide, secure, or support the requested service, information may be transferred across national or regional borders.

The privacy, data-protection, and security laws of the countries in which information is processed may differ from those applicable in your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate measures for international processing and transfers.

Sovelyx products are intended for general productivity and business use and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent and such consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information where required.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Sovelyx improperly, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products, features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy shows when the policy was most recently revised.

If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or shared, we may provide additional notice where required or appropriate.

Continued use of a Sovelyx product after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
